What is the difference between a supermodel experience and a boudoir session?

Our supermodel experience is a makeover brought bang up to date, as with our boudoir sessions your makeup will be professionally applied and you will be guided through a series of flattering poses to make you look amazing. For our boudoir sessions we ask you to bring along a selection of your own lingerie but with a supermodel experience bring along your best party dress! We have had many ladies change their session from supermodel to boudoir once they get confident but of course there is no pressure and this is entirely up to you.

What if I am really nervous?

Don’t worry about being nervous, everyone is! It usually takes a little while to get warmed up, but we’ll make you feel as comfortable as possible. Once you’ve seen how amazing you look after your makeover, you’ll be excited to show it off. Everyone leaves the studio telling us how much fun they had.

Who will be in the studio while I am having my photos taken?

We have an all female staff that includes Rachel the photographer and makeup artist. We do not allow any males in the studio during a boudoir session.

Where will my session take place?

In our private studio just outside Chester, there is plenty of free parking right outside the studio.

Does it matter how old I am?

Not at all, as long as you are over 18 years old we are happy to arrange a boudoir shoot, if you are under 18 we can still do a supermodel session with you.

May I bring a friend along?

Yes of course you can. It’s always nice to have a friend along to help with your outfit choices, we do ask that you only bring a female along however as we find generally this makes the shoot more comfortable for you.  We also offer a discount if you and a friend want to shoot on the same day which can also be great fun for you both, you can have your makeup done together and then watch each others shoot or whilst one is being made up the other can start her shoot, the choice is yours.

How long will my session last?

Although we do not restrict the time allowed for your shot, it should normally last around 2 to 3 hours including make up and had 3 or 4 changes of outfit.  We also like to make time in the session for a break when we can stop to review what we are getting over a coffee which will also help build your confidence once you see how fabulous you look.

I am not a model and don’t know how to pose?

We will firstly help you relax and then we will guide you through poses which will bring out the best in you.

How long does it take to get the photographs?

Your photographs will be ready to view within 2 weeks of your shoot, you may then come along to our viewing room to see your portraits for the first time.  Depending on what finished products you choose they will normally be available in 14 to 21 days although at busy times such as Christmas and Valentines Day it is wise to allow a little extra time.

Will you retouch my photographs?

All boudoir and supermodel makeover images are fully retouched and airbrushed to hi-quality magazine standard before your viewing so you can see them finished before making your purchasing decisions

How many outfits and what sorts should I bring?

We encourage you to bring several outfits that you love. To give it a personal touch, you can bring one of his shirts and ties or a Football or Rugby shirt would look great. Corsets are a great choice for boudoir as are stockings and heels. Jackets and coats are also useful but everything depends on you and your personality and comfort levels, we normally shoot 3 of 4 complete outfits as well as a couple of smaller changes. If you are having a makeover and not a boudoir session, bring what you would wear for a very special night out.

Will my images be shown on your website?

We like to use a couple of discreet photographs on our website but only if you are happy to do so, quite often these shoots are a surprise for your partner so we cannot use them. We only use photographs if we have your prior consent.

How and when do I pay?

The sitting and makeover fee of £50.00 per person is payable prior to the day of the shoot, you then just pay for your products when you choose and order them, We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash and cheque.

How and when can I schedule an appointment?

Our boudoir portraits can be shot on weekdays and weekends by appointment, based upon availability.  A limited number of evening sessions are also available each week and very popular so we advise you contact us as soon as possible if you would like one .   To schedule a session or for more information please email the studio or call 01829 271999
